Glen Ivy Hot Springs is thrilled to welcome back guests to its luxurious spa grounds for a day of poolside rest and relaxation in accordance with physical distance and safety guidelines. Starting June 22, also known as #worldbathingday, guests are invited to enjoy a day of wellness including peaceful swimming, spa treatments, guided fitness classes and fresh dining while exploring the spa’s lush estate and various gardens. Visitors will be able to enjoy the same tranquil ambience under the stars during Evenings at Glen Ivy beginning Thursday, June 25.
With water at the heart of the Glen Ivy experience, the spa’s 19 therapeutic pools will be open to offer guests a range of healing hydrotherapies from saline baths and mineral hot springs to contrast hydrotherapy. Fitness enthusiasts can enroll in physically distanced Aqua Fit, Aqua Zumba and Yoga classes designed to activate the body and mind. Transformative spa treatments will also be available for those looking to elevate their wellness escape.
All guests will enjoy complimentary, reserved lounge chairs distanced from guests outside their party. Dining is now designed for personalized delivery. Guests are encouraged to order Glen Ivy’s wholesome menu of California cuisine, fresh-pressed juices and other beverages from Ivy Kitchen kiosks or their cell phone for delivery directly to their lounge chair.
Beginning June 25, guests can experience an upscale escape at Evenings at Glen Ivy. Thursday through Sunday from 4 – 9 p.m., visitors will discover a tropical oasis under the stars with sophisticated live music and activities to help achieve profound relaxation of mind and body. Live poolside tunes include the soothing sounds of acoustic guitars, classical trios, jazz, steel drums and more to set the tone for a peaceful evening. Guests can also participate in activities rooted in introspection such as sound bath meditation and art classes, plus enjoy a soothing spa service.
Glen Ivy Hot Springs remains committed to the health and wellness of guests, employees, and the surrounding community. Reservations are required. Upon arrival, guests will be asked about exposure to COVID-19 and will have their temperature checked. While visiting Glen Ivy Hot Springs, guests are asked to observe the CDC’s recommended six feet distancing guidelines and be mindful of space between themselves and other guests. Signage and floor markers are placed throughout the resort, and on pool edges to aid with physical distancing. Cleaning and sanitation have increased in all common areas and restrooms. Masks are required in services and are recommended throughout the property. Masks are not allowed in pools. Starting June 22, Glen Ivy Hot Springs will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Thursday – Sunday. Evenings at Glen Ivy begins June 25 and is open Thursday – Sunday from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. The property will be closed to the public from 3 – 4 p.m. for cleaning and sanitation.
